If you have issues with remembering, scheduling etc then this app is for you. It’s almost like having a personal assistant in your pocket! To have the ability to keep notes, checklists, my schedule, appointments etc all in one place has been a godsend with reminders and alerts to give me that ‘nudge’ I often need!
I’ve never been good in being productive and organised and had to use different things which made it even worse. Having an app where I got my notes, checklists, reminders and help from my partner to manage it has changed me, reeled in a promotion at work and I feel so much less stressed. Would highly recommend to anyone who is neurodivergent and struggling.

Thruday has been an amazing adhd app for my forgetfulness. It has far exceeded my expectations in regards to keeping me on track in my day to day life. I can plan everything in advance and the app will let me know 5 minutes beforehand that that task is due to start. Love how this app is so easy to use and would recommend to anyone considering on giving this app a try.
